Our 12 lb. fresh, plump turkeys are brined, injected with Dodie’s special blend of Cajun seasonings and spices, then fried to perfection in peanut oil.
Birds are double-bagged and ready to reheat in the oven, or pick them up hot and ready to serve. Ask about pick-up times and reheating instructions when ordering. Orders must be placed a minimum of 48 hours in advance, while supplies last.
